從 08/20 至 08/28 於宜蘭登場！我們精選了兩部童樂園單元中，可愛逗趣的精采 短片《近在眼前》、《烏鴉街的春天》（詳細影片簡介請見手冊 P40），於童 玩節舉辦戶外試映會，歡迎大小朋友一起來先睹為快！

『生命一瞬間』一分鐘手機短片競賽 全台手機達人拍片大賽，號召全台灣愛玩手機的熱血一族，創作一分鐘短片。 拍攝內容以「生命一瞬間」來發想，徵求以各種「生活」主題創作的短片。
2011/08/05 截止收件 08/19 公佈入圍名單 入圍作品將彙整於噶瑪蘭官方 YouTube 播放平台 www.youtube.com/user/kisff2011， 並在 08/19~08/27 舉行網路票選活動，08/28 公佈得獎名單。

An young woman narrates her voyage on a small boat, operated by a man who is Lynch. Then he turns to the camera and announces "we're going to try to go fast enough to go into the night". He speeds up the boat, which does indeed travel into the night.
A Japanese woman shows us her apartment in Tokyo and muses on the amount of bananas produced worldwide. After she says her neighbor is sad, a blonde woman appears sitting on a sofa and cries. Then a brunette woman enters and says cruel things to her.

Featuring iconic French actress Marion Cotillard, the 16-mintue short retains the signature style of Lynch. The disjointed roughness reminds the audience the trademark of Lynch´s earlier works.

川本喜八郎
Kihachiro Kawamoto 川本喜八郎（1925-2010），土生土長的東京人。1946 年進入東寶片廠擔 任美術助理，學習電影製作的基本技術。27 歲那年，看了捷克偶動畫大 師吉力唐卡（Jiri Trnka）的長篇動畫電影《國王的夜鶯》後深受震撼，認 定這是值得窮盡一生投入的工作，遂向日本人偶動畫的先驅持永只仁拜 師，習得動畫技法，並將動畫技巧運用於廣告製作上。之後，與戲劇創作 者飯澤匡合作，於 1953 年完成日本首部人偶動畫。1963 年，他獨自遠赴 捷克，進入唐卡工作室學藝達 1 年。1968 年完成生涯首部作品《折花》。 之後陸續發表的作品，更屢獲日本每日電影獎及法國安錫動畫影展等世界 各大影展的肯定，奠定其世界級動畫大師的地位。

本片完成於 1970 年，當時日本正處於實驗電影、前衛電影運動的高峰期，川本

The head monk in a temple orders a young acolyte who has a fondness for sake (rice wine) to guard a beautiful cherry blossom tree while he goes out. A samurai warrior and his servant come to the temple and want to have a feast under the branches of the cherry tree. At first, the acolyte refuses, but when he smells the sake…
A dog race is interrupted by a ringmaster, who attaches fish to the dogs´ collars and makes them run in circles. The crowd is incensed, but the ringmaster insists that the audience is no better than the dogs. In the end the ringmaster is assassinated and the race continues, but a single red rose sprouts from the ringmaster´s blood…

本片使用文樂風格的人偶，搭配日本國寶級三味線大師鶴澤清治與山口五郎的
本片是川本喜八郎首度嘗試運用剪紙藝術所創作的動畫。充滿維也納幻想寫實
演奏，於黑漆之上勾描金色蒔繪圖樣作為美術背景，運用光影對比，生動呈現
派風格的畫面，呈現人生猶如一段旅程，其間苦樂相伴，藉此傳達他對蘇東坡
帶有奇異氛圍的日本民間傳說。

Two brothers are both hunters and live with their elderly mother. One day, they go to the mountains to set traps for deer. Suddenly, a demon´s arm reaches out and grabs the younger brother. The older brother shoots an arrow, severing the demon´s arm. When they look at the arm carefully in the light, it somehow resembles their mother´s arm…
A young girl sets off a physical journey, which is also an inner voyage through which she will learn all the pain and joy of life. The journey will change her completely, but when she returns, she will be the only one who knows how she has changed.

The 9-year-old Randy Peters presented a 43-second animation, made by Paint software, on YouTube in March, 2008. His naïve style and narration stirred polarized disputes. In September of the same year, David O'Reilly confessed that Randy Peters is his pseudonym, which he used as a cyber experiment.

Lin Ying-Tso 出身自宜蘭，在台北長大的林英作，台灣藝術大學應用媒體藝術 研究所畢業，曾於中華民國電影導演協會主辦的編導班，跟隨 《殺夫》導演曾壯祥學習電影製作；亦參加台灣電影文化協會主 辦的電影師徒學苑，學習電影創作。曾任職影視公司的企劃編 導，目前專職於製片及編導的工作，其製作的公視人生劇展「再 見夏天」，描繪蘭陽風情與鄉愁一抹而大獲好評。而其短片創作 則多以台北為故事背景，犀利點出都會中的複雜面貌；紀錄片創 作則表露溢滿愁緒的青春與時光的悵然，堪稱台灣新生代導演 中，最受期待的新銳創作者。 LIN Ying-Tso was born in Yilan. He attended the National Taiwan University of the Arts with a focus on creative writing, photography, and graphic design. After graduation, Ying-Tso became a member of the Chinese Film Director Association, and he began working on several productions in both a writer and director. A teenage street vendor and a downtrodden cop are embroiled in a daily game of cat and mouse. As payback for the hassles wrought upon him, the teen steals into the cop's home, an act that provides him unexpected thrill and fun. But upon discovering the cop's family problems, the teen realizes the game is up and it's time to go.
This documentary about Yilan´s string puppet troupes is a way of organizing history and making a record of real life, and also expresses the author´s nostalgia for home. And so by using soft words to express a cold and serious thing, this creation can hopefully contribute to Yilan´s local culture.

錄片以 27 位孩子尋找水源的故事，帶我們從另一個角度認識八八風災，也開

After the 921 Earthquake, Hsiao-ching is adopted by her parents´ friend, Lin, who ran into her while working as a volunteer photographer in the affected area after the disaster. Although the Lins treat Hiso-ching as one of their own, she finds it difficult to put the past behind her and is haunted by a recurrent nightmare about the earthquake.

她，與他分手後展開新生活；而他的心中，卻還留著她的影子……。一捲八釐
式。陌生男女在酒吧相遇度過了一晚，不停的確認自己是否存在，一些荒謬的
米的影帶和一隻謎樣的貓，為早已隨時間風化的回憶，帶來不可思議的奇蹟。
場景或是不合理的時空，都只是為了表達現實和幻想其實同在一條平行線上。
本片是以日本樂團無限開關的 3 首抒情歌 A 角度、B 角度與八釐米所發想，圍 繞八釐米膠捲而生的音樂短片。
A man and a woman meet in a bar. They walk through the night without any reason. At dawn they separate again. A long take. Jan Speckenbach said “I wanted to shoot the film in one long take - as a homage to the classical musical films.＂
While Haruo is trying to help a cat, he falls off from the terrace and dies, leaving many cardboards and a projector playing 8mm film in his room. While his ex-girlfriend, Shinako visited his room again, a mysterious girl shows up from the terrace… This is a charming, bittersweet, and a bit strange story revolving around 8mm film.

In August 2010, French filmmaker Vincent Moon and Efterklang met up on an island off the Danish coast. Over an intense period of 4 days Efterklang collaborated with more than 200 local musicians, kids and their own parents, creating new performances and interpretations of songs from their album Magic Chairs.(This film will be screened with Fun Music: MV Selections program.)
Six drummers participate in a well-planned musical attack in the suburbs. As an elderly couple left their apartment the drummers take over. On everyday objects they give a concert in four movements: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The hidden music in the household objects is just waiting to be brought to life.

Filmmaker in Focus: Koji Yamamura 山村浩二生於 1964 年，東京造形大學繪畫科畢業。學生時代即開始參 與電影美術和特效模型製作，同時期更受到加拿大與歐洲、俄羅斯動 畫短片的啟發和影響。1987 年畢業後加入 Makuo 工作室，1989 年獨 立成為自由工作者，1993 年同妻子成立山村動畫公司。2002 年作品《頭 山》獲得多項國際大獎的肯定，並提名奧斯卡最佳動畫短片，讓他在 日本和國際動畫界佔有一席之地，日後的作品更不斷受到動畫觀眾的 注目。目前擔任日本動畫協會副理事長，和國際動畫協會日本分會理

撿拾垃圾的吝嗇男人吃下了櫻挑籽，禿頭上竟冒出了樹苗，樹苗長成櫻花樹後，
遭到陌生馬夫侵犯，而病患和家屬的反應，又讓他質疑身為醫生的意義。不斷
引來賞櫻人潮的喧鬧、髒亂讓他忍無可忍。本片是山村浩二耗時多年，獨立手
變形的人物場景，陰沉的聲響和狂言大師茂山千作的唸白，創造出令人難忘的
繪一舉成名之作，改編自傳統落語段落，並請來浪曲師國本武春配上三弦演奏
氣氛。

One day an old crocodile met an octopus. The octopus treated her new friend to a variety of fish that she caught just for him. When the night fell, he couldn´t restrain himself from eating one of the octopus´s legs. Since then, the old crocodile began to help himself to the octopus´ leg every night…

柯金源導演早期主要以靜照拍攝台灣山河美景，曾任中視《大陸尋 奇》節目攝影與企劃，當時就已獲金鐘獎肯定。八十年代開始，改以 動態影像記錄台灣環境保護、社會議題及生態現況。九十年代柯導演 加入公共電視，以公共利益與環保意識為立基點，1998 年開始了「我 們的島」節目，介紹台灣生態與環保議題，此節目至今已超過十年， 柯導演正是幕後重要推手之一。多年來，柯導演默默耕耘生態環境紀 錄片領域，面對台灣急速經濟發展背後所付出的環境代價，人們所不 樂意面對的環境真相，他用影像發聲，守護著這片我們立足的土地。 KE CHIN-YUAN began chronicling Taiwan´s natural beauty with a still camera in 1980.
