She gave a reason is that because she has been doing business for many years without Internet and it is still good till now so she does not see the need to use it. Her workers, additionally, have the same level of using these interactive technologies. Although not having much interaction with technology, these people still aware of the importance of them in life.

Mr. Sang says that he is studying about managing business by using Internet because he understands benefits that he can take from doing this way. They all appreciate the support of these technologies in communicating from a far distance, entertainment and they can even aware of the positive effect of these tools on education for their children.
