Re-designing a residence in palakkad, kerela The clients came to us when there was an issue with their residence’s corporation drawings. This provided us with an opportunity to redraw and redesign their home. Following were the existing problems• congested inner spaces • staircase congestion and placement issues • roofing

The old plan (1) was given to us for remodeling. There were differences in the furniture scale and room dimensions which lead to wrong sense of areas of old plan.

The final plan (2) is a result of constant deliberations with the client regarding the type of staircase best suited for the space and vaastu conditions. The development process is further explained in development drawings (3).
