The list of worst dental habits which we usually follow and why they are harmful and what are the ways to overcome them.

Crunching The Ice Cubes: If you crunch ice after drinking your cold drink it will actually cause teeth to fracture.Or They can cause microscopic cracks on the surface of the tooth enamel. So its a very bad habbit and We should have to avoid it or if you want to eat Ice cubes then first crush them once.


Bad Use Of Teethes: Sometime we use our teethes for uncap a bottle of nail varnish, pull out a watch stem, straighten a bent fork tine etc this is not suitable for teethes and effects teethes very Badly. So do not use your teethes as a tool otherwise it will weakend the edges of your Teeth.


Grinding Your Teeth: As grinding is not in your control its a nervous habit which shows that you have anxiety. The best way to overcome this problem is wearing a mouth guard that helps to deal With the anxiety.


Use Of Hard Brush For Brushing: We think hard brush is better for daily brushing but we are completely wrong. A brush with too-firm bristles may irritate the gums and lead to sensitive teeth.


Not Proper Flossing: This is another bad habit. Its a good for out teeth that we floss our teeth but flossing not done in a right way is bad for teethes.
