Industrial electrical panels have to tolerate toxic atmospheres. Even a minor leakage, vibration, or rust can damage the components within. • These rubber bushings tend to move with the pipes as the compressors, engines, and other heavy machinery produce vibrations. • The environment inside the enclosure remains unaffected by any sort of vibration or extensive motion. 2. Silver soldering must be done to increase the life of the panel enclosures • Most materials that are produced by the process of brazing are made from copper, traces of silver, and phosphorous. • As time passes, the materials become weak. Exposed to constant, sustained motion for a long time, the materials face premature exhaustion. • If increasing the life of the panel enclosure is the aim, then high-quality silver soldering is recommended. 3. Secure the wiring inside the premises with a harness • They must be guarded against any chances of an accidental, uncontrolled movement. • There are chances that the wires rub against the component itself, which can later result in the deterioration of the components inside the panel.
