The house has undergone major renovations due to a $40,000 University grant. We maintain a 3.15 GPA and have representatives in nearly all of the m~or honor societies. At the beginning of the semester, we financed an extensive remodeling of the public area of the chapter house, including new carpet, furniture, paneling and window blinds.
