Scholarship applications are accepted throughout the year for three scholarship award periods: 1) two summer sessions, 2) academic year, and 3) spring semester. A new application is required for each award period.

Checklist for Completing the Scholarship Application Form Scholarships may be awarded on the basis of academic performance and/or financial need, or other criteria set by the benefactor. All sections of this application are required to be considered for all potential scholarships. 1. Type or print answers neatly in the space provided. 2. Provide an accurate MyDMC or personal e-mail address for communication.

3. Students wishing to be considered for the numerous scholarships requiring financial need are required to complete sections II and III. 4. State law requires completion of section IV. 5. Sign and date the application. Unsigned and undated applications cannot be considered.

6. An official transcript with class ranking in a sealed envelope is required for high school seniors and those entering with high school credentials. Transferring college students must include an official transcript in a sealed envelope. Please attach to application. 7. Return all applications to the Del Mar College Foundation office, Suite 114, DMC Center for Economic Development, at the corner of Kostoryz and South Staples or mail applications to: Del Mar College Foundation 101Baldwin Blvd. Corpus Christi, TX 78404-3897

8. Scholarships are awarded in accordance with criteria established by scholarship benefactors. All students enrolled in Del Mar College credit classes are eligible to apply for scholarships.

Incomplete or late applications cannot be considered.
