Two Wave Alumni Contribute to Amherst Division III National Hoops Title
Player Tom Killian ’10 and Assistant Coach Matt Goldsmith ’04 represented the Green Wave on April 7, 2013 when Amherst faced Mary Hardin-Baylor in the NCAA Division III national championship game. Amherst won the game 87-70 and finished the season on a 24 game winning streak. Killian, left, was a major contributor in the game as Goldsmith ’04, a member of Amherst’s 2007 title-winning team, coached from the sidelines.
