Michigan’s Roadmap to Return

The Return to School Roadmap is based off of the MI Safe Start Plan.

As of July 15, all schools are permitted to resume in-person instruction beginning in Phase 4. This return-to-school plan focuses on the elements of Phase 4 and return to traditional face-to-face instruction. All PreK-12 schools will be required to follow the safety protocols outlined in the Roadmap which were noted as “required” thus mitigating the spread of COVID-19. De La Salle Collegiate has decided to implement a majority of the “strongly recommended” or “recommended” practices, which goes above and beyond what is required. Schools retain authority to enact stricter public health requirements than is mandated within this Roadmap.

The De La Salle Collegiate plan is in compliance with the Archdiocese of Detroit’s reopening plan which will be filed with the Michigan Department of Education.
