De La Salle is renowned for excellence not only in the classroom, but in athletics as well. For decades, the Pilots have been a dominate force in MHSAA sports, using our teams as another opportunity to foster brotherhood, build character, and teach hard work.

The athletic program offers 14 sports, and 27 teams, including the new Esports team, providing lots of opportunity for young men interested in athletics.

ACTIVITIES

Educating the whole person In the Lasallian tradition of educating the whole person, we encourage students to participate in the many outstanding extracurricular clubs and activities offered at De La Salle Collegiate. Part of what makes the school such a special place is that students feel comfortable trying new things and developing their talents in a safe environment. In addition to the fine arts and athletic offerings, students will find a long list of activities.

Robotics and Innovation De La Salle Collegiate is proud to be a participating school in the FIRST Robotics Competition. Comprised of faculty members, adult mentors, and students, the team has six weeks to design, build, and program a robot to engage in competition against other schools in the region. Students of all skill levels are welcome and elevate their skills in programming, electronics, mechanical engineering, publicity, communication, and more. The result? Even more of our graduates continue their studies in STEM-related fields in college.
