The client needs and wants are met by removing the upstairs bedroom and closet walls completely and reconfiguring the
space. The half-bath is kept in the same area to save on the cost of moving plumbing. Pocket doors are also used to save space from a door swing.

Custom light fixture created for the produce section of a grocery store. Influenced by the idea of something never
created before. This unique wave shaped fixture is something new. The fixture is made of lightweight and durable aluminum, and hung by galvanized steel cables. Without producing too much glare, these 3000k lamps will make the produce look great and very appetizing.

Clients, John and Gloria, wanted a space where they could age in place. Taking in the fact one uses a walker and the other has poor eye sight. They wanted a walk-in bathtub, a roll-in shower, high contrast finishes, and sustainable products.

Putting the roll-in shower area towards the back of the bathroom, this space is 42” wide, big enough for a wheelchair if needed. The area also includes two vanities with recess pocket doors, grab bars at the shower, toilet, and bathtub, and a 60” wheelchair turning radius.
