EXPERIMENTAL PLAN Collecting fragments from abdominal dermolipectomy following plastic surgery interventions from 3 different patients. These fragments are preserved in a buffer solution at 37°C. Every fragments are cut in five pieces with a scalpel. The bruises are induced by injecting 25µl of blood in the dermis with an insulin syringe. 8 to 13 bruises are induced by cutaneous explant. 3 groups tested as treatment (after bruise formation): Control CEBELIA L.C.E.
