Registration

Camp Payment Option

The Deerfield Park District 2013 day camp registration lottery took place in January 2013. You may still register for day camp if there is an opening in the program you want for your child. Camp site locations, listed in this brochure, may change because of maintenance work at Deerfield schools. We will advise you immediately of any changes should they occur.

Camper Lists on Display! Information about camper lists will be included in the camp parent manual that will be mailed the first week of April. If you want your child’s name included on this list (for car pools, birthday party invitations, or so other youngsters can call your child to play) please fill out the appropriate form in your camp packet and return it (with your completed Health History Form) to the park district. While everyone may look at the camper list, only those who have given us permission can have their child’s name listed. We can’t list a name unless you specifically ask us to do so. Once the camper list is compiled, you may see it at Camp Information Night or at the park district registration office.

About Registration…. When registering for a Deerfield Park District day camp program, please use registration form found within this brochure. You must include a deposit check (or total tuition payment where required) with your registration form. Camps which require deposits are listed on the camp grid on the following page.
