SCHOOL’S OUT WHAT ARE MY CARE OPTIONS? Deerfield Park District has many options to fill your child’s time after school, days off of school, during school breaks and in the summer. These programs are created to fit your schedule and allow opportunities for your child to learn new skills and try new activities. JPCC - Jewett Park Community Center SCR - Sachs Recreation Center

BEFORE SCHOOL CLUB Number of days offered: 3 and 5 day options available Locations: Kipling, Walden, Wilmot and South Park Schools Time: 7 - 8:25am Length of Program: first day of school - last day of school Program Details: Before school care that includes time to play games and hangout with friends before the start of school. Registration: Begins in April prior to the next school year Where & when can I find information: Seasonally in park district brochures and at deerfieldparks.org/programs/youths-teens/

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB Number of days offered: 3 and 5 day options available Locations: Kipling, Walden, Wilmot and South Park Schools Time: Dismissal of school – 6pm Length of Program: Begins the first full day of school and ends the last full day of school Program Details: After school care that includes time to play games and sports both indoors and outdoors (weather dependent). Registration: Begins in April prior to the next school year Where & when can I find information: Seasonally in park district brochures and at deerfieldparks.org/programs/youths-teens/

WINTER BREAK & SPRING BREAK CAMPS Number of days offered: Options offered most non-holiday weekdays during school breaks Locations: SRC and off-site trips (leave from JPCC) Time: Full-day or half-day Program details: Separate Winter and Spring Sessions Registration: Check seasonal brochure for programs and registration dates Where & when can I find information: Seasonally in park district brochures and at deerfieldparks.org/programs/youths-teens/ and deerfieldparks.org/events/

AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS Number of days offered: Options offered 5 days a week after school Locations: Kipling, South Park, Walden and Wilmot Schools Time: 1 hour programs. Times vary by day. Program Details: Separate Fall, Winter/Spring Sessions Registration: Check enrichment brochure sent out by each school for programs and registration dates. Where & when can I find information: In the enrichment guide sent out by your child’s school.

DEERFIELD PARK DISTRICT PROGRAMS Number of days offered: Up to 5 days a week after school Locations: JPCC and SRC Time: Approximately 4pm – typically 1-1½ hour programs Registration: Check seasonal brochure for programs and registration dates Where & when can I find information: Seasonally in park district brochures and at deerfieldparks.org/programs/youths-teens/

SUMMER CAMPS Number of days & weeks: Varies, so check out the variety of programs to fill the whole summer or even a week or two of sports, art, tennis, golf and more. Locations: Varies – includes District 109 and 113 schools and various Park District facilities.
