Thank You!

Thank you for taking the time (and financial means) to join us in Hawaii for our wedding We have only invited those people who are special to us and your presence on our special day means more than you can ever know

Please use this brochure as an outline to our weekend festivities and a guide to learn a little bit about Hawaii. We encourage you to learn as much as you can before departure (like taking note of the six hour time difference) and familiarizing yourselves with common customs

We are excited to have a wedding and vacation with our loved ones all in the same trip! If you have any questions about booking travel arrangements, events, or recommendations for things to do on the island, feel free to contact us at deannacherie@gmail.com or call us at 301 860 9051

We look forward to seeing you in Hawaii!

WELCOME TO HAWAII!

On Thursday, September 19, 2024

join us in our suite at Prince Waikiki for a WELCOME RECEPTION at 7 pm. We’ll provide food and drinks and you’ll get a chance to meet all of the other guests.

After the reception, we’ll do some exploring of the Waikiki strip.

THE WEDDING

Join us on Wai’alae Beach on Friday, September 20th at 3:30 pm for the wedding. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm. We suggest getting in groups and taking a Uber/Lyft. The beach is about 15 minutes from Waikiki. Please dress comfortably and for the beach. While the ceremony will only last about 15-20 minutes, we’ll have both a professional photographer & videographer to capture pictures and footage of us and all of our guests, so come camera-ready!

Throw on your swimsuit and join us at the Hinana

Pool Deck at Prince Waikiki as we celebrate our matrimony at the infinity pool. We will provide food and drinks and a full bar is also available.

Fireworks begin at 7:45 pm, so meet us there at 7!

The Reception

SATURDAY - Kaneohe Sandbar

On Saturday, 9/21, we’ll spend a half day at the Kaneohe Sandbar. Also known as “Ahu o Laka” or Sunken Island, the Kaneohe Sandbar is Hawaii’s largest sheltered body of water. Protected by a barrier reef, it offers an extraordinary adventure –free from the turbulence of ocean swells. It’s like having your own private beach surrounded by serene ocean waters. When the tide is at its lowest, the sandbar extends over a mile and transforms into a pristine dry beach. Whether you ’ re looking for a relaxing day or an adventurous water-filled experience, Kaneohe Sandbar has something for everyone.

Kaneohe Ocean Sports will be our hosts. There is a hotel pickup between 11:15-11:45 am and we’ll spend three hours on the water. All- inclusive packages include the use of bumper tubes and banana boats. All tours include lunch and live music, along with snorkeling, kayaking, and sandbar volleyball. For tickets/more information on Kaneohe Bay Ocean Sports, you can visit their website at: Kaneohe Bay Ocean Sports.
