This project consists of a 122,600 sq. ft. storage facility. Building construction consists of concrete tilt-wall panels, structural steel columns and beams, and corrugated metal deck with concrete topping on the upper floors.


US SELF STORAGE | 125TH AVENUE NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL | $9.4M | 148,000 sq. ft. This project is a CMU, 10x10 structural steel storage facility covering 148,000 sq. ft. over four stories. Two unique challenges presented themselves during construction. Built in a popular area in North Miami Beach, this was a very tight project site with limited lot lines. This facility was also constructed during Hurricane Irma.
