COMMUNITY CENTER A.B. FORD PARK | DETROIT, MI A modern 9,000 sq. ft. recreation center replacing the original Lenox Center at A.B. Ford Park. The single-story building combines metal, exposed wood, brick, and glass to create a year-round gathering space.
PINE RIDGE GOVERNMENT COMPLEX | FORT MYERS, FL
This 40,000 sq. ft. government center brings essential public services together on a single campus. It houses a 20,000 sq. ft. Fire/EMS station with an on-site fueling station, a 10,000 sq. ft. Sheriff’s station, and a 10,000 sq. ft. Tax Collector’s office. Our scope also included site development and landscaping across the 150-acre site.

SW FLORIDA REGIONAL EMERGENCY SHELTER | PUNTA GORDA, FL The new 40,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility at Babcock Ranch serves as the Babcock Neighborhood School’s cafeteria, theater, and auditorium, and doubles as a community emergency shelter for approximately 1,333 occupants.

THE PATTON RECREATION CENTER | DETROIT, MI
The Patton Recreation Center renovation modernized the facility with new gymnasium electrical and flooring, updated dance studio finishes, a replaced indoor pool ceiling, and new HVAC equipment and controls.

The new North Fort Myers Public Library is a 26,390 sq. ft. single-story building with an open design that connects each section and draws in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Exposed structural supports, a standing seam roof, and stone and copper exterior cladding give it a natural, modern feel.
