ARTHREX MANUFACTURING FACILITY AVE MARIA, FL | $25.8M | 190,000 sq. ft.
This 190,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art surgical device and implant manufacturing facility was constructed on a 21-acre site. The facility includes over 142,000 sq. ft. of office, engineering/IT space, a full-service kitchen/dining room, and two 9,000 sq. ft. ISO7 Clean rooms. This project was awarded the Summit Awards for Best Commercial Contractors Project - Industrial.
LEESAR RSC EXPANSION FORT MYERS, FL | $17M | 155,000 sq. ft.
LeeSar expanded their manufacturing facilities to include an additional 85,000 sq. ft. as well as a 70,000 sq. ft. renovation of the existing building. This state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is the center of operations for LeeSar, which houses and manages the distribution of critical medical supplies and specialized surgical instruments, prepares surgical packs, packages pharmaceuticals, and manages food preparation for several hospital systems.
US SIGNAL DATA CENTER VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, MI | $7.1M | 25,000 sq. ft. US Signal is one of the largest, fully-deployed networks in the Midwest. This new state-of-the-art US Signal Data Center totals 25,000 sq. ft. The ground-up construction included site work and utilities, precast wall panels, bar joist roof and decking, redundant primary and back-up power, and raised access flooring in the data center area.
ULINE DISTRIBUTION CENTER NAPLES, FLORIDA | $95M | 946,000 sq. ft. Uline is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies. This new Uline Distribution Center, currently under construction, includes an 937,000 square foot, 40’ clear height, cross docked tilt panel with structural steel framework warehouse. It also includes a single story office complex on the South East end of the warehouse building.

Lee County School District needed to expand the storage and receiving facilities for the district’s food items for delivery to all county school locations. This project included three new pre-engineered buildings on a four-acre site and was completed in 10 phases while the rest of the facility remained fully operational.
