The project brings the airport into full compliance with the latest FAA standards for air traffic control facilities.

Comprehensive terminal expansion and renovation, adding 51,500 sq. of new space for hold rooms, circulation, restrooms, and concessions, while renovating 30,500 sq. ft. of existing terminal to modernize security screening, queuing, and arrival areas. Additional scope includes airside improvements such as aircraft parking relocation, drainage infrastructure, apron grading, rental car staging, and a new access road.
