Comprehensive tenant improvement for TerraCap Management’s, which included the demolition of the existing space to make way for a modern and functional layout. The addition of new casework, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), interior glass, and doors enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of the space, providing a contemporary and professional environment that is sure to impress.

A 30,000 sq.ft. premium co-working buildout on the top floor of the Lutgert Professional Center in Naples, delivering high-end, flexible office space designed to help professionals and growing businesses thrive. Part of a full 60,000 sq.ft. project managed by DeAngelis Diamond from the ground up.
MEDITERRA BEACH CLUB | RENOVATION & EXPANSION 13,500 sq. ft. of renovation and expansion to existing clubhouse. Scope of work includes removal of damage from a hurricane, stripping the existing structure and finishes, adding square footage to the top floor, installing a new elevator, installing a new kitchen/dining area, and remodel to the pool deck.
