Launched in 2020, our Special Projects Division delivers the resources, expertise, and quality standards of a top 250 ENR contractor to projects under $10 million. Clients benefit from the agility of a dedicated team backed by the full strength of a major construction manager across tenant improvements, ground-up construction, healthcare, hospitality, and more.

The division is led by Gus Lindquist and Brian McKenzie, both DeAngelis Diamond veterans who bring decades of construction leadership to every engagement. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and drive every project to be delivered on time, within budget, and without compromise on quality.

Along with the new coffee bar, café, breakrooms, and workstations, you’ll find an inviting elevator lobby on the 4th floor that adds a touch of elegance to the space.

A full interior transformation of an existing restaurant, stripping out dated finishes and replacing them with fresh, modern updates across the bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas. The result: a completely refreshed guest experience without missing a beat.

BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB | GROUND UP

TERRACAP MANAGEMENT | TENANT IMPROVEMENT

Comprehensive tenant improvement for TerraCap Management’s, which included the demolition of the existing space to make way for a modern and functional layout. The addition of new casework, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), interior glass, and doors enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of the space, providing a contemporary and professional environment that is sure to impress.

VENTUREX | TENANT IMPROVEMENT

A 30,000 sq.ft. premium co-working buildout on the top floor of the Lutgert Professional Center in Naples, delivering high-end, flexible office space designed to help professionals and growing businesses thrive. Part of a full 60,000 sq.ft. project managed by DeAngelis Diamond from the ground up.

MEDITERRA BEACH CLUB | RENOVATION & EXPANSION 13,500 sq. ft. of renovation and expansion to existing clubhouse. Scope of work includes removal of damage from a hurricane, stripping the existing structure and finishes, adding square footage to the top floor, installing a new elevator, installing a new kitchen/dining area, and remodel to the pool deck.

New construction of a three-story facility designed to support professional and medical operations. The building includes modern office spaces, dedicated conference rooms, and a fully equipped pathology laboratory to meet specialized healthcare needs.
