The Collective is a three-story, multi-use retail and office space with an attached three-story, 127 space parking garage, located in Downtown Naples. The building was constructed with concrete masonry, with metal and glass storefront exterior.



ETHAN ALLEN ESTERO, FL | $2M | 17,500 sq. ft. Ethan Allen is a leading interior design company, manufacturer, and retailer of high quality home furnishings. This is one of multiple Ethan Allen stores built by DeAngelis Diamond.


SARASOTA, FL | $2M | 13,000 sq. ft.


ROBB & STUCKY INTERNATIONAL NAPLES, FL | $6.1M | 70,000 sq. ft. This two-story, 70,000 sq. ft. furniture showroom was designed in transitional West Indies style to integrate within the existing architecture in Downtown Naples. This project was awarded the Summit Award for Best Commercial Contractors Project.


KANE’S FURNITURE NAPLES, FL | $4.5M | 60,000 sq. ft.


CITY MATTRESS AT COCONUT POINT ESTERO, FL | $2.8M | 12,000 sq. ft. With City Mattress’s headquarters in Bonita Springs, we are proud to have built this 12,000 sq. ft. store with high-end finishes throughout. This project also features imported exterior stone cladding. Construction was completed in six months.


BABCOCK RANCH MARKET CAFE BABCOCK RANCH, FL | $3.4M | 12,500 sq. ft. The Babcock Ranch Market Café is a multi-use project that combines a market café, grocery store, ice cream parlor, and a wine bar/sitting area on the first floor. The second floor is a mixed office space as well as a common area for large meetings.


BOULEVARD SHOPPES NAPLES, FL | $3.2M | 22,000 sq. ft. New construction of two 11,000 sq. ft. retail buildings with an interconnecting trellis system and associated site work.


COLLECTION AT VANDERBILT NAPLES, FL | $14M | 122,000 sq. ft. This retail center features dozens of upscale stores, specialty shops, and restaurants. This project was completed in three phases.


ALDI FOOD MARKET These one-story food retail stores serve as prototype projects for new Aldi Food Market construction. The buildings are structural split faced CMU and structural steel roof framing with interior steel columns.
