SMH CORNELL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PAVILION | SARASOTA, FL
95,600 sq.ft., 3-story ground up construction of a behavioral health treatment hospital. The facility was built to offer an array of both outpatient and inpatient care, including counseling services, 24-hour assessment center, and an ECT suite. Private patient rooms for pediatric, adult, and acute care were key features of this project.

An 87-bed, 60,000 sq.ft. behavioral health facility in Naples, FL. The center will triple local capacity for crisis stabilization and emergency psychiatric care.

TRUSTPOINT HOSPITAL | MURFREESBORO, TN
This project includes a two-story, 123-bed acute care behavioral health addition to the existing TrustPoint Hospital. This addition also included a 2,300 sq.ft. one-story interior renovation that serves as the connector to the main hospital.
PARK ROYAL HOSPITAL | FORT MYERS, FL
NORTH TAMPA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH | WESLEY CHAPEL, FL This 50-bed behavioral health hospital and inpatient treatment center was delivered 113 days ahead of schedule and later expanded from 45,800 to 80,500 sq. ft. with a 34,700 sq. ft. double-decker addition. Features include 26 psychiatric patient rooms, a gymnasium, an outdoor basketball court, a full kitchen, a state-of-the-art training area, and doubled outpatient and partial hospitalization capacity.

UHS THREE TRAIL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH | INDEPENDENCE, MO
New construction for a 120-bed behavioral health facility. Spanning 73,000 sq.ft., this single-story building features a steel structure and five patient wings designed with safety and healing in mind, incorporating ligature-resistant fixtures. Key amenities include an outdoor activity yard, an interior courtyard for relaxation, a dining hall, and an internal half-court basketball area.

GRACEPOINT WOMEN’S BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL | TAMPA, FL
Ground-up construction of a 2-story, 15,000 sq. ft. women’s behavioral health hospital. The first floor provides space for 36 beds and 24/7 care. The second floor provides a shell space for a future build-out. This project is the first women’s behavioral health hospital in the state of Florida.
