Dear Parents,
Welcome to the new School Year! And thank you once again for entrusting us to serve your children at Dulwich College Seoul.
We are delighted to share some exciting news from campus! Over the summer, the school conducted a complete renovation of the dining hall and kitchen, and we’re thrilled to unveil the refreshed space where students will enjoy their daily meals. The updated space is brighter, more efficient, and designed to support our commitment to serving delicious, healthy meals to all students. The modernized kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances along with enhanced food preparation areas – including a completely new bakery – will further support fresh, nutritious cooking.
At Quadra we are immensely committed to preparing wholesome meals for your children that are freshly made from scratch each day at Dulwich College Seoul. We proudly offer students a unique and unrestricted dining experience whereby they can always enjoy both Western and Asian/Korean selections simultaneously (and seconds too!) along with our selection of the freshest vegetables at the salad bar, home-baked bread, fresh fruits and delicious home-made desserts. Our personal attention to each student ensures allergy, vegetarian and religious dietary requirements are also carefully attended to and provided for. (Note: although we do not serve Halal meals, we provide Halal beef and mark all our servings each day with Halal suitability so that students can see and select at the dining hall.)
Our low-sodium, low-fat, nut-free recipes provide the foundations to our guiding principles in all our servings for your children’s daily dining experience at school:
1. provide students with high dining enjoyment factor -- happy eating is healthy eating
2. deliver savoury meals cooked from scratch high in simple, unprocessed, fresh ingredients content
3. meet parents’ high nutrition and quality expectations
Refunds
Only meals not taken for the following reasons will be refunded at the end of a school term.
⚫ Withdrawal from school: 3 school-days advance written notice from parents that the student(s) will withdraw from Dulwich College Seoul
⚫ Missed meals due to official school-sanctioned events or field trips when a packed lunch has not been provided in lieu of missed meal
⚫ School closure or limited attendance based on government disease control protocols whereby 3 school-days advance notice has been provided
Please be reminded that missed meals arising from school absences due to unforeseen or personal reasons are not eligible for refund.
Terms and Conditions:
⚫ School meals are not available on a daily optional basis and are only available on a contractual school-term basis
⚫ Payments must be received by the deadline indicated to ensure meals are provided for your child(ren).
⚫ Students will not be served meals under any circumstance when payment has not been made
⚫ Students not opting for school meals must inform the school via e-mail
⚫ Refunds will be provided in local bank transfer only and no credits will be carried forward to the next term
⚫ New students or those who enroll after the start of the term
1. will be billed for the school days remaining in that term 2. must inform us via e-mail of any food allergies prior to first day of attendance
3. must indicate via e-mail snack only, lunch only, or snack+lunch option prior to first day of attendance
