The East Midlands Swimming Academy says “Hello” to Mansfield The East Midlands Swimming Academy, are the Midlands longest established swim school and they are soon to open their doors at Dawn House in Rainworth. They have been teaching babies, children and adults to swim since 1998. Swimming is recognised as one of the most important life skills that you can teach your children and is the best form of low impact exercise for people of all ages. It develops all the muscles in your body as well as strengthening the heart and lungs. Regular swimming exercise supports the physical development and coordination of children. The East Midlands Swimming Academy specialises in individual and small group tuition. Our lessons are perfect for people of all ages, we cover every aspect of swimming and teaching, one-2-one, parent and child, group and adult lessons, to all ability levels, from complete beginners to those swimmers who wish to develop their technique or to improve their competitive performance
EMSA have grown both through recommendation and by having a fantastic dedicated team of teachers. They now have over 700 swimmers passing through their doors each week. Operating at various venues across the East Midlands, EMSA, also has their very own baby swim school, called EMSA Babies. They offer small friendly classes, private warm pools, and fully qualified teachers, and the lessons are based on fun and safety.

The courses will be at Dawn House in Rainworth on Fridays from 3pm. Lessons cost £7.75 with a maximum of 4 pupils per class. All the teachers work from in the water.
