THE VAULTS BACK ON TRACK

It’s been great to see work continuing on The Vaults after almost a year of the project being stalled.

Located on St James Street in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, the scheme comprises a 64-unit apartment complex that will offer affordable homes available for Rent to Buy.

The remaining works are estimated to be complete by Spring 2024 and we will be resuming our work carrying out the full MEP Design Duties whilst providing Construction Stage support.

an extension to the FIREM HQ Offices, and even a multistorey car park, rooftop football pitch and helipad.

We’re also working on the Botany Bay Hill Employment Park which is a development of starter units for small end of medium sized employment units covering 320,050 sqft.
