We are proud and happy to offer you the new generation of automatic denesting. Several patents and tons of research went into developing the INTRAY system for denesting. We designed the INTRAY series to do fast, easy, and clean denesting. When we say clean, we mean it. The patented INTRAY Smart Stand, Buffer Stand and Easy loader are all designed to be exposed to the harsh hygienic cleaning process that is a must in a modern industrial food processing plant. You need never worry about chemicals or water doing anything but cleaning your INTRAY - because we already did and made sure that INTRAY will stand the distance no matter how thorough it is cleaned. As the Smart Tool is in direct contact with the tray, we designed the tool to be an open system. This enables you to clean the Smart Tool thoroughly - and is your insurance that your denester is as clean and hygienic as the rest of your food processing production. We designed the INTRAY Tool Trolley to hold two Smart Tools for easy access and cleaning. We even designed a washer that makes it easy and fast to clean two Smart Tools at once.

Intray denesting series EASY TRAY CHANGE The Smart Tool is custom-made, thus ensuring perfect denesting of every specific tray. The Smart tool can be removed in less than 30 seconds and a new Smart Tool placed in the same time. Production stop to restart takes no more than 2 minutes.
BETTER WORK ENVIRONMENT The Smart Tool weighs only 12 kg / 22 lbs, making it easy and effortless for your production line personnel to insert and remove.
CONTROLLED DENESTING We designed the Smart Tool to be servo-driven. You have complete control over the speed and force that the denesting tool uses to separate the tray from the stack and lead it to the conveyor belt. The Smart Tool needs no compressed air.

DESIGNED FOR REALITY Each Smart Tool is custom-made for your tray. We give you instructions for adjusting the Smart Tool and your tray - allowing you to order spare parts or a completely new tool without having to wait for a specialized technician to come and adjust the denester manually. The instructions enable your plant technicians to assemble and adjust the denester within the hour.
THE NEED FOR SPEED Smart Tool is able to denest trays faster than any conveyor belt can remove the trays. You have the freedom to constantly improve other elements in your production line, knowing for sure that the denester will be able to cope with a higher speed.
