Overview of NDIS Participant Eligibility

Be aged under 65 years old.

Be an Australian citizen, hold a Permanent Resident visa, or hold a Protected Special Category visa.

 Meet disability requirements, which includes having a permanent impairment that substantially reduces the ability to perform activities of daily living, and requires assistance from others.  Be living in an area where the NDIS is available.
