Understanding The Elemen ts Of The Inward Anointing
In a singular personal sense there is a drawing of grace based on faith that CHRIST is with us. It is the act of trusting and depending on GOD (in accordance to HIS word and HIS will for our lives) to supply our needs that enables us to have true personal fellowship with CHRIST. However as we read 1 Cor 1:2-9, in the context of the Church of GOD, we can notice that there is a greater fellowship with CHRIST that is hidden in this passage. So we are told that GOD will supply all our needs in accordance to HIS riches in glory in CHRIST JESUS (Phil 4:19). Eph 3:14-16 clearly tells us that the riches are in a collective realm too. The collective realm that is the essence of our FATHER'S FATHERhood to the saints. Note that the epistle to the Philippians (1:1) is addressed "to all the saints in CHRIST JESUS." That, is a definitive statement of the Church's existence in a realm called "in CHRIST." There is a realm of power available to those who are able to work in this realm to build the Church. A power in the fullness of CHRIST which Eph 1:19-23 describes in no uncertain terms. The Church Triumphant on earth must tap into this realm of power - the testimony of CHRIST in us. Not simply as individuals, but as the body of CHRIST! In the realm of CHRIST'S heart there are no denominations - there never were any. This is the final point about the anointing of the Spirit Of Strength. And this is that the anointing of Strength is an anointing of union in CHRIST; which, is why we are able to minister corporately through it. We need to understand that the principle reason for the anointing of Strength is not to be simply transformed in ourselves alone; but to transform others. Imagine how powerful will be the anointing when we break the yoke of selfishness and self-righteousness! This anointing is tied to the FATHERhood of GOD [HIS oath], as Eph 3:14-15 seems to mention almost in passing. Yet it is verses 14-15, that are the essence of GOD's fullness; since, it is the love of the FATHER that is at the heart of salvation. Now we can begin to really understand John 14:23-31. Arise brethren, let us go from here. There is a victory to be claimed and manifested in the name of JESUS CHRIST. It is time to carry the cross of HIS victory in HIS name and through HIS testimony.
