Aqua Challenge Come prepared to work large muscle groups in a power-filled water workout. This class is low impact, but not low intensity! Aqua Fit Start your day by making waves! This multi-level class incorporates a variety of formats to keep you moving and motivated. Aqua Strength This shallow water workout uses the resistance of the water for total body strengthening with a little bit of cardio. A variety of equipment is utilized to increase the challenge. This great class is for all levels - from the aquatic exercise beginner to the avid aqua enthusiast. Group Strength Training Strength training can preserve and enhance your muscle mass, reduce body fat, and develop strong bones. Take the class that includes a combination of strength training and timed circuit training stations. Build your strength with free weights and body-weight exercises as you move from one station to the next under the guidance of a certified instructor. This class is for all fitness levels and ages. Gentle Yoga Fibromyalgia Class Researchers believe that fibromyalgia amplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain processes pain signals. Take a step to improve how your feel with this class, held in a shallow, warm-water pool. No doctor’s referral is needed. Join aquatic exercise instructor Lori Templeman on the “dry” side for Gentle Yoga to help you increase flexibility and mobility. In addition to her certification with the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), Lori also holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). This class flows at a gentle pace and focuses on breathing, relaxation, and a variety of movements for stability and mobility. Develop keener body awareness through the use of fluid movements and gentle stretching. Practice progresses from reclining to standing postures and finishes with relaxation. This class may increase your range of motion, reduce pain, alleviate stress, and improve your quality of life. Bring your yoga mat, or mats can be provided. Better Bones & Balance This class is designed to gradually improve balance and strength to avoid falls and maintain independence. The Better Bones and Balance class is based on research by Oregon State University. Arthritis Exercise Class The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) is a low-impact recreational exercise program that incorporates multiple exercise activities, including: joint check/warm-up, range of motion/ stretching, strengthening, cardiovascular endurance, and joint check/cool down. Gentle Flow Yoga Warming up the joints with soft, easy stretching and then exploring the slow flow of movement will immediately leave you feeling relaxed, yet energized. Participants are guided to stay focused during movement and stillness. Each session includes intentional breathing and short meditations. Cardio Fitness Plus

This class is focused on helping relieve symptoms of joint and muscle pain, stiffness, arthritic pain in a warm water pool including gentle movements, breath work and balance. From the fingertips to the tippy toes, this instructor-guided class will incorporate breath, balance and carefully coordinated movement to help relieve pain.

This high-energy class offers low or high impact aerobics plus mat exercises that help tone and strengthen joints and muscles. You can work at your own pace.
