The Franco twins have been known to many through the competitions they joined together. Specially when they joined the Pilipinas Got Talent 2013, and qualified. Kim, as his own, won many other such as the recently concluded Mister and Miss Figura Care 2014 where he bagged first runner up. Before that, he has also won other competitions including Mister Olive C 2014 - Davao.TeeNCCC 2014 and many more. That made

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. 2. Valid in Davao region. 3. The contest is no way related to or endorsed by the Government of Davao, Davao City Tourism Office, a company or a business. It is not affiliated or endorsed in any manner. 4. The people (the voting public) will vote through the voting system set by Davao Eagle Online IT Group. 5. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the Davao Eagle Online Top Faces Rules and Agreement. 6. In order to enter the contest, one must agree to the Rules and Agreement. Therefore, one should read the Rules and Agreement set by Davao Eagle Online prior to nominate and joining the contest 7. To be eligible to enter the contest, a nominee must be: (a) a Davao citizen or permanent Davao resident (Metro Davao, Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Compostella Valley); (b) enrolled in high school and college in Davao region; (c) full voluntary submission to join the contest and/or (d) working in Davao 8. The contest is created by Davao Eagle Online since 2012. 9. For photos, ask permission from the photographer for proper credits. Photos will be uploaded on the site. Davao Eagle Online is not responsible for photos sent by the nominee. Photographers have the right to be credited or be informed about the usage of their materials. Entries nominated without permission from the nominees t join the contest will be disqualified. 10. The contest is a popularity contest. The nominees with the highest accumulated scores will be the basis of the ranking. 11. Decisions of the voting public and Davao Eagle are final and binding. If a potential winner is unable for whatever reason to accept his or her prize, then Davao Eagle Online reserves the right to award the prize to another contestant. 12. Becoming a nominee is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth in the Rules. 13. All regulations apply. Davao Eagle Online reserves the right to disqualify any nominations from the contest if, in DEO sole discretion, it reasonably believers that the nominees has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other nominees, Davao Eagle, or the voting public. 14. As between Davao Eagle Online and the Nominee, the Nominee retains ownership of all intellectual and industrial property rights (including moral rights) in and to the Basic Information and Photos. 15. Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by Nominees concerning identity, photo, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the nominee from the Contest. 16. In the case of any dispute about the interpretation of the Rules, Davao Eagle Online’s decision as to the interpretation shall be final and Nominee shall be bounded by Davao Eagle Online’s decision.
