SHALOM!
has gave us because a day will come when we will have to be answerable to the Lord. What is your gift? How are you making use of it?
James 1:17 “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”

To serve in the Kingdom of God, we need to identify our gifts and talents. What are you passionate about? Our gifts are usually linked to the activities we enjoy doing and our character strengths. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal your role in the body of Christ. While you are waiting for revelation begin to serve in any way you can. We usually look for positions within our local churches, that is good but let us remember that the body of Christ is more than a building, you can serve God outside of your local church too. There are many ways to serve God, you can evangelize by going door to door sharing the good news with the lost in your neighborhood, you can pray for the sick in your community, you can volunteer your services at a community rehabilitation centre and much more. There is also social media which is a huge platform to share the Word of God. It is important to get direction, the Holy Spirit has a way to direct our footsteps in the right direction. Ask Him to direct you. I pray that you find your position and that you begin to serve as the Holy Spirit leads.
