Is It Safe To Work On The Dark Web?

No, it is not exactly safe to work on the dark web, and there are reasons behind this. The dark web, as it is named, is the dark corner of the mainstream internet that is usually kept hidden from the usage of ordinary people for a purpose. The dark side of the darknet is that it deals with several illegal activities such as child pornography (CP), hitman-for-hire, drug trafficking and even human trafficking, to name some. The dark web and as well as the deep web can be accessed via specialized browsers and softwares like The Onion Router (TOR) and I2P. To keep these business deals a secret, the transactions are done via the crypto currencies, especially Bitcoin (BTC). These currencies are well known to hide the transactions. But recently, it has been known that these transactions are not entirely safe as the law enforcement agencies can trace the transactions to some extent followed by their unique techniques and traps that might get you in prison. On saying this, if you are planning to work via the darknet markets or deep web forums, you have to be extra cautious on whom you are talking to and where the conversation is driving you. Two perspectives come in view in this regard. The first one is that you can get scammed in the name of pure “substances, probably your order might not get dispatched, or you may be a victim of exit scam. Another one is that you may have a conversation with one of the law enforcement agents posing as a vendor or a buyer. In this case, you may get busted. Thus, it can be said that working on the dark web has got a couple of risks as well.
