Welcome to E . Frances Paper!
Elizabeth and Frances were our grandmothers, and we are two sisters and a cousin who started a greeting card and paper goods company in 2013 With the help of an amazing team, we have since grown the line to include over 800 SKUs, from our signature Little Notes® to our classic greeting cards and chunky notepads .
More importantly, we have built a company rooted in family values: in spreading love, gratitude, and kindness . It’s not just the artwork and the messages on the cards, it’s the joy that spills out into how we do business, and how we see our responsibility as owners rooted in those values .

We realized, however, that we were part of the plastic crisis that our planet is facing So we want to implement change, and be part of the solution
PAPER CHOICES
• All cards, envelopes and notepads are produced only with FSC certified paper
• Our printer is 100% wind powered and sends 120 tons of paper back to local mills to be repulped every month
• Our envelopes come from mills that practice responsible, sustainable forestry and are produced without elemental chlorine (PCF)
BOXES AND PACKAGING MATERIALS
• We have switched from using single-use plastic sleeves to a paper-based, recyclable sticker that holds the card and envelope together
• Our boxed card sets now come in 100% recyclable boxes that eliminate plastic and we are currently working on new innovative paper packaging for our Little Notes® and Flat Notes! Yay! More soon .
• We switched from using bubble wrap to easily recyclable newsprint, and provide only 100% cotton ribbon in place of grosgrain on all retails packages .
• All boxes and materials we receive head over to our shipping department for a second life . We hope that continues on their next destination! If we can’t reuse, we recycle

BACK ORDERS
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock You will be notified of any items that are backordered Please let us know if you do not accept backorders when placing your order Otherwise, backorders will ship separately once items are back in stock Payment for backorders will process when items are ready to ship and shipping charges will apply
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
All E Frances sales are final We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order Any reductions or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee . Changes to fulfilled orders may cause delays and a change in shipping fees . Incorrectly shipped or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt
GEOGRAPHIC MANAGEMENT
E Frances Paper is sincere about not over-saturating an area . While we cannot guarantee full zip code protection, we determine each on a case by case basis, taking into account volume, regions, and products . Retailers with multiple locations must have each location approved individually . To remain geographically protected, a retailer must place an order every 90 days with a minimum annual spend . Also, the retailer must order the full range of E . Frances products from greeting cards to gift items
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging . Little Notes® and boxed sets may not be broken up All online stores must tag and credit E Frances Paper on any products listed for sale . Please let us know if you have questions about this
