Healthy eating is one that provides the nutrients the body needs to maintain the proper functioning of the body, healthy food could help you live longer, supports muscles, stimulates immunity, strengthens bones. It reduces the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers.

Eating foods rich in nutrients and proteins is essential to maintain strong muscles. For its part, both vitamin D and many of the B's are also attributed properties that promote energy intake.

To have a healthy diet I advise that: Eat a variety of foods. Base your diet on foods rich in carbohydrates. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables Eat moderate servings - cut down, don't cut out food. Eat regularly. Drink lots of fluids. Limit consumption of sugary drinks and foods high in fat, sugar and salt Consume milk, yogurt or cheese daily, preferably skimmed By consuming meats, remove visible fat, increase fish consumption and include eggs
