Finance Corner TEAM MESSAGE FROM OUR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We have had a great first 7 months in revenue. We are up on budget by £104K and have done a wonderful job at converting it to GOP. I am sure we will continue to do so for the rest of the year also, and achieve a successful year which is going to be welcomed, especially by those of us who have been at the hotel for a few years. Well done to everyone! This year we have had several new initiatives to promote the hotel, which were taken on by all departments. It is really nice to see the participation of everyone. It really helped us to become a close-knit team. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Eva and Orsi for taking part. Catch Me @ My Best

Well done to everyone who received a catch in the 3 month Hilton Recognition initiative with Front Office receiving 40 catches & F&B around 80. Overall, we received almost 120 catches with 21 different team members being “caught”. A special well done to Andrea – F&B (first), Justyna – F&B (second) & Federica – Front Office (third) for receiving the maximum no of catches & coming up at top 3 positions in tally results.
