Preschool Gymnastics
This program is an introductory gymnastics class which involves the participation of an adult for child support and encouragement. Our classes include the gymnastic events of balance beam, bars, tumbling, and vaulting while also working on hand-eye coordination, colors, motor skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Each week of curriculum will feature a different theme. Our program allows the child to learn at an individual pace in a positive and safe class setting. CHEER Mini Cheer
Cheer Tumbling at Eola
Mini Cheerleaders are introduced to the basics of cheerleading including: motions, jumps, and tumbling. Students will also learn to connect motions as they learn a mini-routine which will be performed on the last day of class. (AN)
Cheer Tumbling classes are specifically designed for the cheerleader who is working on their tumbling skills. Instructors will split into groups to focus on appropriate skills while emphasizing proper technique and form. (AN)
