El mirador, es un proyecto arquitectónico MI PARTE // MY PART: que engloba un área de descanso, una galería para exposiciones itinerantes, servicios Todo sanitarios y un módulo de información; todos Everything estos ubicados en solo recinto que según sus características espaciales y formales denotan al usuario una sensación de vinculación tanto con el medio natural circundante como en la interacción de las personas en el interior.
The vantage point, is an architectural project that includes a rest area, a gallery for traveling exhibitions, health services and an information module; all of these located in a single enclosure that according to their spatial and formal characteristics denote the user a sense of connection with both the surrounding natural environment and in the interaction of people in the inside.

Representando a la región por medio del folclor de la comida autóctona es que el proyecto genera una integración entre los aspectos sociales, culturales, artísticos y económicos.

Se trata de un macro-proyecto en el cual se han trabajado un total de doce diseños individuales al interior en la mina La Herradura. Los proyectos van desde remodelaciones, ampliaciones, adaptaciones y nuevos proyectos, en su mayoría de carácter industrial. It is a macro-project, in which a total of twelve individual designs have been worked in side of the La Herradura mine The projects range from renovations, extensions, adaptations and new projects, mostly of an industrial nature.

El proyecto se desarrolla en seis niveles, donde se instalan un de 29 condominios con 5 tipos diferentes, contando también con servicios de estacionamiento, recepción, oficinas administrativas, gimnasio privado, restaurante, área de albercas y asadores exteriores. Dando servicio a un total de 365 usuarios simultáneos entre el total de sus áreas y con 78 cajones de estacionamiento condominios, restaurante y visitas.
The project is developed in six levels, with a total of 29 condominiums with 5 different types are installed, also having parking services, reception, administrative offices, private gym, restaurant, pool area and outdoor grills. El proyecto arquitectónico consiste en un complejo residencial desarrollado en una superficie total de 4 959.05 m2, donde encontramos espacios destinados al comercio, servicios, áreas comunes y viviendas.
The architectural project consists of a residential complex developed in a total area of 4 959.05 m2, in the inside we finding spaces for commerce, services, common areas and homes.
Localizado al costado de la carretera se encuentra la vialidad principal que da acceso al conjunto residencial-comercial. El área comercial se encuentra de manera inmediata al acceso, permitiendo de esta manera tener una transición entre la actividad comercial y el área privada de la residencial.

Ingresando al área residencial la cual se dividide por la vialidad principal que continua hacia el interior, teniendo una franja residencial del lado derecho y un parque lineal del lado izquierdo, el cual acompaña al residente por el resto del trayecto.

Todos los modelos de casa conservan el mismo diseño de fachada, dando así una imagen homogénea. wComplementando la fachada se cuenta con un espacio al frente para una cochera de dos carros semi cubierta, así como un acceso peatonal amplio y delimitado.
