Exciting New Releases September 2012 #302 Mulling Spice $27.95 Tastes like Christmas in a mug, a celebration of traditional festive flavours! Simply add 2-3tbsp of spice to 1/2 cup of sugar and enough red wine, cider or juice to cover and simmer until sugar has dissolved. Boil for 45 minutes until you get a thick syrup. Then add the rest of the bottle of wine and gently simmer for a few minutes. Pour and enjoy!

#303 Mongolian Dip Mix $15.95 Blend of exotic 5 spice with herbs and spices. Perfect blended in mayonnaise as a condiment with duck, lamb, chicken, pork or beef. Sprinkle over grilled vegetables or brush on kebabs before grilling.
