I am a Visual Artist who helps the entertainment industry to create Stylized Characters with genuine and well-defined personalities that fascinate their audiences.

For each design I conceive a unique Visual Language. Like a fingerprint, the characters have their own way of expressing themselves: lines, shapes, volumes, textures, geometry, proportion and gestures that make them authentic and unforgettable. I will be in charge of finding these qualities in each character and expressing them visually.

I also consider it essential to provide the character with a psychological profile, a physiognomy, a body expression, symbolism and clothing that make him come alive in a way that the public identifies with him. To do this, I used an original and multidisciplinary methodology that allows unique and unrepeatable characteristics to be integrated into each character design.

During all the stages of the process, I keep an open and constant dialogue with the art director or the client, with whom I build this new identity that will form part of a story or a small universe.

The "sketch" phase consists of a very free and spontaneous stage in which, through quick sketches, all the possible ideas and variants that the character will have are proposed. It is one of the most creative parts in which we can risk and test any idea, no matter how extravagant it may seem. All the design principles are applied, allowing this sketch to finally become a great design.

Here I will give the final polish to the design, establishing lighting and a color palette, implementing textures and defining a material guide. If there is any necessary adjustment or iteration of the design, it will be done in this phase. According to the needs of the project, one or more views of the character as well as variations will be presented. Our final product is ready to be exhibited. We finish the project with the delivery of high resolution files as well as a reference guide that was used for the final design. These documents will allow you get the most out of the Character who is ready to jump into action and be part of a story.

In this Mind Map I describe my Creative Process and the actions that I carry out in each stage, as well as the moments in which the feedback meetings will be held. In this way we will always know what the next step is to get closer to a great design.

PREPAID:

For any of the three packages a 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. In Phase 4, the payment of the remaining 50% will be made and with it the delivery of the final project with all the files in high resolution in any of the following three formats: JPG, PNG or TIF. In case of requiring an editable file in PSD, a cost of 20% will increase. Payments are made via bank transfer to my BBVA Bancomer bank account or through PayPa with a credit or debit card.

AUTHORSHIP:

Once the total payment of the design has been settled, you can use it for the purposes you need. In case of requiring the transfer of copyrights of the work it will be important to specify it in the interview before starting the project. Both the final design, as well as the creative process, will be published in my professional artistic portfolio, without any commercial purpose, specifying for whom the work was created and your logo appearing in my client portfolio.

AGENDA & FEEDBACK:

Feedback meetings will be scheduled from the beginning. Once the work sessions have been scheduled, a maximum of two changes of the agenda may be made. In the event that the client comes to suspend the project without resuming it for more than 20 days, a cost of 30% of the project will be increased to resume it later restarting from Phase 3. In case of completely suspending the project, the 50% advance payment is not refundable, reserving the copyright of the work. The delivery dates of a design are from 15 business days, if less time is required, it will be considered as an urgent project and will increase 20% of the total cost of the chosen package.

For payments made directly to my bank account via electronic transfer, both national and international, I will send you the bank information attached to this document to make the corresponding payments. For international payments via PayPal, the commission of this platform will have to be added, which is 6% of the total. To make the payment by this means, the link is attached below: The characteristics and prices offered for my services are valid until the last day of this month: December 2022. If this date has already passed, please request a new quote. It is important to consider that if you require a commercial invoice, you must add the costs of taxes corresponding to the country of origin.

CONTRACT: Before starting the project, a contract will be signed by both parties that establishes the aforementioned clauses, as well as the agreed price and delivery dates.
