ABOUT BRICKELL CITY CENTRE Brickell City Centre is a landmark $1.05 billion, 4.9 million square-foot, mixed‐use development in downtown Miami from Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of real estate known for its $1 billion master‐planned development of Brickell Key. The project’s first phase includes a 500,000-square-foot luxury and premium retail centre, two residential towers, the 352-room East, Miami hotel and two mid-rise office towers. The project is LEED®-registered for Neighborhood Development – currently one of the largest in the U.S. Sustainability elements include the $30 million CLIMATE RIBBON™; a masterpiece of art and science, the elevated trellis will span 150,000 square feet, connecting the project’s three city blocks and acting as an environmental management system. THREE INDUSTRY ICONS ARE RESTYLING MIAMI. TOGETHER. A 200-year-old global conglomerate, the world's largest publicly traded real-estate company, and the visionaries behind a third-generation, family-owned luxury shopping destination: Swire Properties, Simon Property Group, and the Whitman Family of the historic Bal Harbour Shops. It's Anna Wintour sipping martinis with Oscar de la Renta and Tom Ford, while Sinatra and Adele sing karaoke. An iconic partnership of transformative history, modern productivity and classic luxury, all descending together on Brickell City Centre. The project is being developed by Swire Properties Inc, and spans slightly over 9 acres. Amenities include a Saks Fifth Avenue, luxury shops, restaurants, hotel, office towers and condominiums. The hotel flag was awarded to EAST, a Swire Hotels brand, which will be their first venture in North America. Currently there are EAST hotels in Hong Kong and Beijing, China. In February 2013, Swire Properties and the owners of Bal Harbour Shops announced that they had come to an agreement to co-develop the retail portion of the development. Later, in 2015, mall developer Simon Property Group also became a retail partner.


Brickell City Centre is transforming the heart of downtown Miami. EAT + DRINK The restaurants and bars, an integral piece of the Brickell City Centre experience, make up the third and fourth levels, an experience anchored by CMX, the VIP Cinema Experience.
