The CRA negotiated the relocation of the world-renowned Rob Stern Art Glass Studio from Wynwood (Miami) to the Dania Beach
Arts & Entertainment District.

The CRA obtained $1,000.000 in Broward County Redevelopment Grant Funds for the Soleste Cityline Project, a market-rate housing project in downtown Dania Beach.
The CRA has secured the FIU IP2Mkt Hospitality Technology Incubator, a first-of-its-kind US Dept. of Energy Incubator focused on developing women-, minority- and Hispanic-owned businesses.
Dania After Dark and the award-winning Arts and Seafood Celebration were restarted and continue the tradition of being cherished family events for the city.
The CRA initiated the Dania Beach Business Academy, a program designed to provide free, online expert information to businesses and residents on subjects such as “How to Start a Business” and “First-Time Homebuyer”.
Growth Excellence Award for successfully using the principles to preserve and enhance the quality of life while helping to protect public health and the environment.
The CRA At Home Dania Beach Residential Revitalization Program performed painting and landscaping for 45 homes in the CRA. The Program focuses on housing where owners have maintenance challenges due to age or income.
