About the Danforth
The Danforth Museum was founded with the intent to connect with and represent our surrounding community, highlighting the art and artists of the Greater Boston area, and serving as an accessible space to engage with both historical and contemporary art. Our mission is to collect, document, preserve, display, and interpret original works of art and the resources in its care in order to uphold and advance the academic goals and core values of Framingham State University and to enrich the community at large.
