Eye and Lip Cleanser 1.

Wet two cotton balls/pads with tepid water and squeeze the excess water out.

Apply a small amount of product to the cotton balls/pads.

Gently wipe the cotton balls/pads with product over eyes from inner corner to outer corner (avoid rubbing back and forth over the eye, as this drags the skin) to remove eye make-up.

Thoroughly remove excess product using a clean wet cotton ball/pad.

Repeat this process over the lip area to remove lip make-up.

NOTE: To remove heavy eye make-up it is best to rub the product directly over the eyes with your fingers first and gently loosen mascara between the pads of two fingers. Then follow with steps 4 & 5 above. View Eye & Lip Cleanser

Cleansers 1.

Wet finger tips with tepid water.

Decant approximately the size of a 20 cent piece of cleanser on to the finger tips of one hand.

Moisten the finger tips of the other hand with tepid water and then lightly rub the finger tips of both hands together to distribute the product evenly.

Apply the moistened product over the face and neck by gently dabbing product over each facial area.

Lightly re-moisten the finger tips (if needed) with tepid water.

Starting with the neck, gently massage the product in using upward and outward movements. Use strokes or small circular movements over the neck, chin, jaw line, cheeks, nose and forehead. If the product starts to lose its slip re-moisten finger tips with water, there is no need to add more product.

Remove product with either moistened cotton pads, facial sponges or a clean face cloth.

Repeat the cleansing procedure if required.

Follow with the application of tonic, eye cream and moisturizer. (Or next steps if exfoliating and/or applying a mask)

Facial Scrubs 1.

After cleansing, moisten the finger tips of both hands with tepid water.

Decant approximately the size of a 10 cent piece of scrub on to the finger tips of one hand.

Gently rub the finger tips of both hands together to distribute the product evenly.

Apply the product using the finger tips to dab product over each area of the face and neck, avoiding the eyes.

Re-moisten finger tips with water if needed.

Using gentle, upward and outward circular movements, massage the product over the skin starting at neck and moving up to the chin, jaw line, cheeks, nose and forehead, avoiding the eye area. NOTE: It is not necessary to push hard when massaging in the product, the granules will exfoliate the skin with gentle pressure. You can cause damage to your skin with too much pressure.

If the product begins to lose its slip re-moisten the fingertips with water, it is unnecessary to add any more product.

Remove product thoroughly using either moistened cotton pads, facial sponges or a clean face cloth. Ensure all granules are removed.

Follow with the application of mask, tonic, eye cream and moisturizer.

Enzymatic Exfoliator 1.

After cleansing, lightly moisten the finger tips of both hands with tepid water.

Decant approximately the size of a 10 cent piece of exfoliator on to the finger tips of one hand.

Gently rub the finger tips of both hands together to distribute the product evenly.

Apply the product using the finger tips to dab product over each area of the face and neck, avoiding the eyes.

Re-moisten finger tips if needed.

Using gentle, upward and outward circular movements, massage the product on the skin for 3-5 minutes starting at neck and moving up to the chin, jaw line, cheeks, nose and forehead, avoiding the eye area. Alternatively, a facial brush can be used to work the product on the skin for 3-5 minutes. Simply moisten the facial brush with tepid water or tonic and use small circular movements to work all the areas of the face as listed above.

If the product begins to 'drag', re moisten the finger tips with water or spritz the face with tonic and continue massaging the product.

You may feel a slight tingling sensation whilst this product is on your skin.

Remove the product with either moistened cotton pads, facial sponges or a clean face cloth.

10. Follow with the application of mask, tonic, eye cream and moisturizer. NOTE: This product has proven to be very effective if left on the skin over night. Simply remove it when cleansing the skin in the morning. View Enzymatic Exfoliator

Masks 1.

After cleansing and exfoliating, apply a thin, even layer of mask (with a mask brush or fingertips) over the neck and facial area (avoiding the eyes and lips) using sweeping, upward motions.

Leave the mask on the skin for 10-20 minutes.

It is normal to feel a slight tingling and/or cooling (not burning) sensation whilst the mask is on your skin.

Remove thoroughly using either moistened cotton pads, facial sponges or a clean face cloth.

Follow with the application of tonic, eye cream and moisturizer.

Tonics NOTE: Tonics can be used after cleansing; after mask removal; prior to moisturizing and/or throughout the day to refresh & hydrate the skin. 1.

Gently shake Tonic for a couple of seconds.

Hold Tonic 20-30 cm away from face.

Spritz all over face and neck as desired.

Do not remove Tonic- allow to absorb and then follow with further product application.

Eye Creams 1.

Decant an amount of eye cream that is about the size of a small pea.

Gently rub the middle finger tips of both hands together to distribute the eye cream evenly.

Apply the eye cream over both eyes simultaneously by gently patting under and over the eye lids with the middle fingers.

Using gentle outward movements, massage the cream beginning with the top lid from the inner corner of the eye to the temple, followed by underneath the eye from the inner corner to the temple. Repeat several times until the eye cream begins to be absorbed.

Finish by gently ‘pushing’ the product into the skin by using gentle pressure with the middle fingertips over the eye area from inner corners to temple.

Moisturizers 1.

Decant an amount of moisturizer on to the fingertips about the size of a 5 cent piece.

Gently rub the finger tips of both hands together to distribute the product evenly.

Apply moisturizer by gently dabbing the product over all the areas of the face, avoiding the eye area. Massage the moisturizer into the skin by using gentle upward and outward sweeping movements over the neck, chin, jaw line, cheeks, nose and ending at the forehead.

To finish the application apply gentle pressure with the fingers over each area of the face/neck to help ‘push’ the product into the skin.

Intense Treatments 1.

Decant approximately 1-2 pumps of intense treatment onto the fingers of one hand.

Gently rub the fingers of both hands together to distribute the product evenly.

Apply the product first by dabbing it over each area of the face and neck (avoiding the eye s) using the fingers of both hands.

Using upward and outward movements (strokes or small circles) massage the product into the skin starting at neck and moving up to chin, jaw line, cheeks, nose and finishing with the forehead.

NOTE: Intense treatments can be used underneath a mask, applied underneath a moisturizer or they can be applied alone as a night treatment/moisturizer. View Women’s Intense Treatments
