Dance Sophisticates was founded in 1983 as a provider of dance/drill team uniforms. Denise Dennis, former director of a five-time national champion drill team, started Dance Sophisticates to provide high-quality, custom-performance apparel.

Forty years later, our team is still ready to help ensure that your performers feel as great as they look every time they take the stage.

The Perfect Fit is more than a slogan. It's our promise to provide your group with a performance-ready uniform that demands attention!

DS will help you choose a look that brings your story to life and never requires expensive alterations. Only DS costumes are patterned individually at no additional cost. You will never see a DS garment labeled small, medium, or large. Every made-to-order design is delivered to you tagged with your student’s names and measurements clearly labeled.
