Dale Drushella is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a distinguished career spanning over a decade in information security, risk management, and IT governance. With a strong foundation in accounting and information systems, Dale Drushella has consistently demonstrated a strategic approach to cybersecurity leadership, compliance, and operational resilience across a range of organizations and industries. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security & Governance at AssetMark, Inc., Dale Drushella leads enterprise-wide security initiatives and governance strategies. In this role, he drives the development and approval of security policies, standards, and architecture for emerging technologies and systems. He manages a diverse team of analysts and engineers and oversees a 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure continuous threat monitoring and incident response.
