Caroline started her career with Nulsen in January 1999 as a Program Development Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in June, 2022. She has dedicated her life to building a career to support and care for vulnerable people in our community.

When Caroline is not working to improve the lives of the 205 people whom Nulsen provides specialised services, she is tending to her horses Skip and Tiny.
