Current Job Description: The title of my performing job is "Sales Assistant". My daily tasks are therefore to assist in the sales process and also to keep the sales floor and products tidy.( I also learn new things every day and this adds to my work responsibilities.) I have been trained in the sales process for about three months. This means that I am responsible for my own customers, but always with the agreement of my manager. My new tasks include advising customers, organising test drives and sales talks, drawing up contracts and after-sales activities such as organising workshop appointments. Job Description:

At the beginning I just want to point out where I am working right now. I am working in the HR Reporting & Controlling department., I work together with the department manager, and other six employees. My job is it to take care of the permission roles regarding the EU roles in SuccessFactors. Furthermore I am also responsible for the Clone&Test procedure. Moreover I am also creating Prozess-Charts at Lucidchart to simplify a few processes, which are normally hard to understand. In Contrast I just want to work in the Recruitment Process (in the future)**not needed**, to have a common expression of Human Resources. However it might be different from my current job, but it is very important to have a look, how the HR department is managing for example the CV’s. In Addition to that, I would like to know how they find the perfect candidate for their company? Finally I figured out, where I want to work in the future.To work in different departments will give me a closer look on where I want to work. That is the only way to find out, which job is the most suitable for me.

Employer Branding: Employer branding is in banks an present and important topic to attract andor retain qualified and good personnel. Therefore banks take certain measures like they promote their corporate culture both internally and externally. That means, for example, that the ING Bank started a campaign where they placed posters in on highly frequented locations that communicate that working at ING means to develop yourself. In addition they also communicate that their employers are allowed to wear whatever they want at work. Nowadays this stands for a strong change in the banking sector in corporate culture and is a good point for employer branding.
