Mr. Jesse J. Mora Principal, Associate AIA D3 Studios Int'l Interest in drafting began at the age of 5 year's, having taking note to a shoebox my dad hid away, filled with drafting tools from a night class of drafting that had been cancelled since his return from serving in the U.S. Army. One day my parents had seen me using a compass making circles, sating "Now we know what our son will grow up to become, an Architect". At age 13 year's I attended my first drafting class, it was there I knew this was to become my journey. Throughout my drafting career I've been in the company of great mentor's, Mr. James T. Gonzales, my Drafting College Instructor, and Mr. Robert L. Earl Architect A.I.A. Emeritus, my business colleague, highly experienced in high-end estate’s with such clientele as Mr. Donald Trump & Mr. Rick Hilton, Real Estate Investor’s. Both have willingly contributed their time, effort’s & energy developing & furthering my skills that are much needed in this challenging profession. And yet I can always be found checking out job sites, Architectural Cues, etc., all while broadening my horizons; and to all disciplines that play an important role of our ever developing drafting arena I've had the pleasure of being involved with for over 40+ years. What could you expect from me? This can be summed up in one word, "Driven" all while creating "noteworthy staples" amongst all competitors, thus stated, "No Compromise". ..."We are using Autodesk Land Desktop 3 software. When Jesse came to work with us he had not used this Cad format. He learned the software very quickly. It's apparent that he has a background in drafting. When Jesse has a question he asks to be sure he is doing it correctly and will certainly help others any chance he gets. He is a real "team player" and I am sure he will work hard in any situation. Landscaping Statement - Green Environmental The landscaping that goes into each Green Home & Estate is designed with a “serene & timeless” theme so as the Owner can take full refuge in an environment that’s serene & tranquil. For each Green Home & Estate landscape design challenge that we face, we begin by placing the garden at center focus, so that it flows seamlessly between the inside and the outside that the garden and residence become a single, natural-looking element. The garden elements for each Green Home & Estate are carefully designed to incorporate the principals of Spanish traditions, the mission is to design and create “serene & timeless” gardens which incorporate the Five Elements: Earth, Wood, Fire, Metal and Water. No one element is dominant of the other and each has its own theme of materials, and which the elements of hardscape and softscape become distinctive in design for each property, which lends an enhancement for the Owner’s luxurious lifestyle.

Each garden developed will afford the Owner the utmost in privacy and security while providing beautiful spaces for enjoyment & entertainment. The “serene & timeless” gardens for each Green Home & Estate also incorporate Clarity, Complexity, Mystery and Refuge; these characterizations can be discovered with the movements of the garden. This is achieved by the planting of gardens, placement of rocks, free-flowing stone path lines, pools and water features. The use of trees at key points provides movement and sound to the garden, while birds, butterflies, wildlife and fish become an integral part of the landscape, as well as preserving as much of the open space as possible by incorporating any existing hills, trees, and ponds. The lighting that the landscape & garden provides, clarifies and highlights all the unique elements, as well as providing low-lit, energy efficient lighting in which the illumination guides one through the various complexities and mysteries of the landscape while trees with interesting branches are enhanced & silhouetted against one another elements by the unique placement of illumination. Complexity and mystery is achieved through the use of lighting from above and below to aid in creating night shadows on the ground, while lighting is also designed to have a calming effect, in which to provide the atmosphere of refuge from the outside world. For each Green Home & Estate landscape we develop, may it be an appreciation for generations to come and that the creativity and uniqueness of our “classical & timeless” designs continue to put one’s body & soul in which to retreat from the elements of the exterior world.
