city, is an innovative new town that sets a whole new standard for sustainable, responsible growth. d3 creative studio helped bring this sustainable city to life before construction began with a virtual animation showcasing the unique community, photo realistic renderings highlighting the old Florida lifestyle, and an augmented reality model that brings the Town Center to life. LUXURY VILLAS GLADDEN CAYE BELIZE
“The World’s Most Private Island” as seen on HGTV’s Island Hunters hosted by Chris Krolow. Experience the ultimate in privacy and luxury on Gladden Private Island where you can book the entire island for just one or two couples. To highlight the luxury, privacy, and stunning location of this amazing property, d3 creative studio completed several photorealistic renderings showcasing interior and exterior views of the Mayan-style villa as well as aerial views of the island and the surrounding Belize Barrier Reef.

One of the largest and most ambitious residential developments in Jeddah, J|One offers a refreshing and new approach to contemporary living. Be a part of a futuristic communal living space that’s designed to provide the very optimum living experience that’s in sync and perfectly integrated with the environment. d3 creative provided several interior and exterior photorealistic renderings which showcase the many layouts and amenities within the development. We also created a virtual animation and a VR walkthrough to give residents a realistic tour of their new home and living spaces.
MAX DAYTONA DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA
Stylish. Smart. Elevated. Max Daytona ushers in a new and refined architectural style to Daytona Beach. d3 created a virtual animation and several photorealistic renderings of the luxurious residential units and amenities which highlight the sophisticated oceanfront living that Max Daytona has to offer, all on the World’s Most Famous Beach. We’ve also published an iPad app which gives buyers the ability to see the exact view from every unit, helping to accelerate the sales process for our client. the “creative” in their name is no joke! we frequently approach d3 with unique problems and challenges, and they always blow us away with their solutions. d3 gave us a portable sales center in our pocket that allows us to sell our condo easily in the global market. The interactive sales center app has helped us speed up the sales process and gave us a new way to engage and interact with potential buyers, brokers and agents.

THE PLACE ON FIRST FORT MYERS, FLORIDA
Live where you work and play. The Place on First is the first true mixed-use building to be constructed in downtown Fort Myers. To demonstrate the building’s design which blends historical references with modern elements, d3 created a virtual animation and numerous photorealistic renderings showcasing the chic urban lifestyle as well as 360 renderings of each residential unit. We also introduced an interactive touch experience which allows buyers to see the view of the city from the 9th floor, change selection options and take a virtual reality tour of their new home. Lastly, the augmented reality model using d3’s very own Inspir3d app, brings the project to life anywhere, anytime with your smart phone or mobile device. Client: The Place on First LLC. PRIMA LUCE FORT MYERS, FLORIDA
Prima Luce takes full advantage of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Southwest Florida offers. The buildings were specifically designed so owners in every residence can enjoy breathtaking views of the Caloosahatchee River. To highlight this special project, d3 completed several stunning photorealistic renderings and two virtual animations highlighting interior and exterior features and amenities of this gorgeous waterfront community. VENTURE X COMMERICAL PROJECTS
Venture X didn’t reinvent the way people work but they are designing beautiful spaces and developing an environment and community where people love coming to work every day. d3 provided several interior renderings for this co-working space concept to convey the collaborative atmosphere in a modern and professional office style setting. Client: Venture X Location: Nationwide Franchise Year: 2017
WALSH RANCH FORT WORTH, TEXAS
Fort Worth’s Next Great Neighborhood. Walsh residents will have the best of both worlds–nature and tech–with ample opportunity to be immersed in and learn about both. To convey the lifestyle of this unique community, d3 completed a large scale (30′ x 50′) augmented reality model for their sales center floor which highlights the many amenities of the community complete with hotspots that call out each of the preferred home builders and their model homes. The striking photorealistic renderings focus on both the tech features like the makerspace and co-working space as well as the natural elements of the neighborhood like the many parks and playgrounds. This Tech-Savvy Community and our AR Model caught the attention of Next Reality News. Client: Republic Property Group Location: Fort Worth, TX Year: 2017
WELLEN PARK FLORIDA
Wellen Park is located along Florida’s Gulf Coast, west of I-75. The community is accessible from U.S. 41 / Tamiami Trail and River Road. Depending on the location within Wellen Park, it falls within the City of North Port or unincorporated Sarasota County. Wellen Park covers 11,000 acres, including 7,000 acres of undeveloped land. At full buildout, the community will have 23,000 homes and more than 60,000 residents.
