Hey ballers! I hope your September was amazeBALLS. I hope each and every one of your clubs have grown! Division 8 has had very successful club fairs and I’m so proud of it! We’ve done so much in preparation for FRN and I’m so excited! 22 days to go! Speaking of October… it’s officially dues season! Get those dues in and enjoy the perks of being an official key club member like having amazing service opportunities, a member ID, pin, and card! To new members, I hope all of you have an amazing first key club term. The “ber” months truly go by the fastest and I know school can get super overwhelming so remember to take it one day at a time. Don’t overwork yourself and prioritize your mental health! Signing off in service!

Hello, Ballers! ARE YOU READY for all that is in store for us this month? From spirit socials to THE Fall Rally North, we are in for a great time. Don’t forget to order or craft some spirit gear aligning with our Division colors, black, white, & silver! I can’t wait to see all of your spirit at FRN, don’t be afraid to come up to me and take some pictures together! <3 Of course, we are all going to be hyped up due to FRN, but don’t forget to continue your service projects and give back to the community. Let’s utilize our Key Club spirit and turn it into something beneficial to everyone! I can’t wait to see you all soon, keep up the great work Ballers!

Our September DCM was a success! We continued to learn spirit cheers in preparation for Fall Rally North and even made some spirit gear! Everyone’s flower crowns and tutus were amazing! Thank you so much to everyone who attended our September DCM and we hope to see you at our third spirit social on Sunday, October 17th from 3-6 PM at Silver Oak Park, American Canyon. 05

CHARITY SPOTLIGHT: YES INITIATIVE ABOUT. The YES! Initiative provides flexible support for the most pressing, ongoing priorities of the Cal-Nev-Ha Children’s Fund. All donations help run the programs that benefit the children and families that need us the most. Every gift, regardless of the size, transforms children’s lives. When you give to the YES! Initiative, you provide scholarships to our Circle K, Key Club and KIWIN’S members, fulfilling their quest for a higher education and making the dream of college a reality. Your YES! Initiative gift awards grants to Kiwanis clubs for new projects that make a difference in children’s lives and their communities.
